Terms and Conditions of Hire

What Happens if I cancel an Install after payment

If you cancel an install due to a presale, and it is not within 2 business days of the Scheduled Install Date. 20% Restock Fee will apply and all other monies will be refunded to you within 7 Business Days.

If you cancel within 2 Business Days, a 50% charge will be applied or $2500 whichever is greater with the balance of monies refunded to you within 7 Business Days
 

If you postpone an install due to Trades not being ready etc, no fee will be charged.

What Happens if my property takes longer to Sell

From time to time due to Market conditions properties can take longer to Sell.

That is why we offer 12 weeks hire at no additional cost.

If after 12 weeks your property has not sold, simply contact our office for a discreet discussion to see how long is needed to sell your property. In most cases it is around 6 weeks and that hire is 20% of the original amount.

What Happens if we move back into the property while Furniture is still in:

From Time to Time sellers need to move back into the property while furniture is still there.

1. You must contact Luxe Home Staging and advise that you are moving back in, we will either remove furniture or work out a package where you can still stay there with our Furniture Still in place.  There is a non refundable deposit of $595 payable plus any damage to any furniture or accessories will be bourne by the client. The non refundable deposit is for Dry Cleaning of all furniture. This fee does not go towards any costs of replacement of furniture Artwork or Accessories

What happens if We Sell quickly after Furniture is Installed

First of all Congratulations. There are no refunds as the price is a Property Package. Time to pack up and move. Please contact our office and we will remove furniture within 7 days.

How will You Hang Artwork

Our Team Hang Artwork with small Nails or Hooks. 3m Hooks will not be used due to damage to clients property and damage to our Artwork. Once we remove furniture the hooks and Nails will remain in the walls - as they buyer has purchased the property "as is".

We Love the Furniture, and would like to buy some pieces

This is great news and happens quite often.

Simply contact Luxe Home Staging  and advise which items you like, or in some cases the full Furniture Package and we will work out a price that is commercially viable for you to purchase.
 

We Love the Furniture, and would like to Further Styling Items

This is great news you love our Furniture. For Part Styles if you would like other rooms done, we can definitely do these but extra charges do apply

Simply contact Luxe Home Staging  and advise which extra rooms you would like to style and we can schedule in for you.
 

We have sold our house but have forgotten to tell you and need it removed sooner than 7 business days, can you help?

This is great news that you have sold your house, Congratulations! Simply call Luxe Home Staging so we can schedule this in for you but there is an urgent removal fee of $250.00 that is payable prior to us removing the furniture. We do not allow any 3rd parties to remove or move any of our furniture, as if there are any marks or damages to the furniture artwork and accessories, the home owner will be responsible to replace at replacement value.
